Show Hours: Exhibitors may enter one hour prior to the show opening.	October 10 , 2008– Fri. (10am – 7pm) October 11, 2008– Sat. (10am – 7pm) October 12, 2008– Sun. (11am – 5pm)
Booth Removal:	October 12, 2008– Sun. (5pm– 8pm)

Camping Info

Overnight parking is allowed at the facility for a cost of $15.00 per night. The full camping fee is charged even if you are fully self contained. You will need to register and pay the Civic Center office when you arrive. There are no restrooms or bath facilities available. Space is available on a first come-first serve basis.

Roanoke Civic Center only accepts cash payments for camping.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 5% for County, City, State.

Exhibitor Tickets

Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.

Advertising Materials

Due to this year being free admission, the normal advertising materials available to exhibitors are not necessary. For more information, contact our office.

It is very important that you let your previous customers know that you will be back in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List

Please share your mailing list for the Southwest Virginia area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Classic. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
