Reservations must be made by February 23, 2012. Hotel does not accept cash or check as primary payment option. Every guest must have a valid credit card on file.

The daily rate was $25 for 2011. Rates for 2012 will be posted when available.

The Campground area at the Richmond Raceway Complex contains 179 full hook ups (electric and water) as well as 54 self contained RV spaces. Please contact Richmond Raceway Complex at 804-228-7500 for campground availability and pricing during event days.

No one may stay in their vehicle on the grounds unless they are in the camping area and have paid for camping privileges. There are no restrooms or bath facilities available.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation
Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 5% for County, City, State.

Exhibitor Tickets
Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.
Advertising Materials
The following advertising materials are available to exhibitors and are ordered on the individual show contracts. For more information, contact our office.

Stickers: These stickers are to be placed on your personal postcards or mailings, giving your customers a $1 discount on the purchase of an adult ticket. Printed 50 stickers per sheet.

It is very important that you let your previous customers know that you will be back in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List
Please share your mailing list for the Richmond area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Classic. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
