2009 Overnight camping is allowed at this facility for a cost of $xx.xx per night. You will need to fill out a form and turn it in along with payment on Thursday during registration. Camping not paid in full by Thursday of the show is at a rate of $xx.xx per night. No one may stay in their vehicle on the grounds unless they are in the camping area and have paid for camping privileges. There are no restrooms or bath facilities available.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. Exhibitor Tickets

Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.

Advertising Materials

The following advertising materials are available to exhibitors and are ordered on the individual show contracts. For more information, contact our office.

Discount Coupons: Worth $1 off an adult admission ticket, packaged in multiples of 100 coupons per pad.

Postcards: These cards also give your customers a coupon for $1 off their adult admission ticket, and provide you space to add your name and booth number to the card. Postcards should be mailed at least 14 days before the show. Packaged in multiples of 50.

Stickers: These stickers are to be placed on your personal postcards or mailings, giving your customers a $1 discount on the purchase of an adult ticket. Stickers are not needed on the postcards we provide. Printed 50 stickers per sheet.

It is very important that you let your previous customers know that you will be back in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List

Please share your mailing list for the Richmond area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Classic. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
