Reservations should be made as soon as possible. There are a limited number of rooms in the block. Hotel does not accept cash or check as primary payment option. Every guest must have a valid credit card on file.

Includes: All rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and 32" flat screen TV with a range of premium TV channels. Complimentary internet access for all guest. Complimentary hot breakfast bar included. There is an indoor pool and fitness room.

All guest room rates are subject to any Hotel service fee and the current tax of 13%, plus any additional taxes or fees that may be owed at the time the rooms are occupied.

Check-in Time is 3:00pm and Check-out Time is 12:00pm.

The Richmond Raceway Complex no longer allows any on-site camping except for NASCAR race weekends. We encourage you to take advantage of the great group hotel rate, or explore other convenient and safe campgrounds in the Richmond area.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 6% for County, City, State.

Internet at the event is complimentary through the Richmond Raceway Complex. If you require high bandwidth or perfectly consistent wifi, you may need to make other arrangements as the free public wifi is not meant to serve hundreds of exhibitors at a time.

Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.
