Camping Info

Camping at the facility is allowed for self contained vehicles only.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation
Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 7.5% for County, City, State.
Booth Accessories

The event service provider for this show is Display's Unlimited out of West Columbia, SC. If you are in need of renting tables, chairs, drape, etc. - you may reach them by email <du@displaysunlimited.net> or phone (803) 253-8782.

Exhibitor Tickets
Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.
Advertising Materials
The following advertising materials are available to exhibitors and are ordered on the individual show contracts. For more information, contact our office.

Discount Coupons: Worth $1 off an adult admission ticket, packaged in multiples of 100. These may be stuffed in your customers' bags at other shows prior to this show, mailed to previous customers, placed in your shop, left at check out stands, etc.

It is very important that you let your previous and current customers know that you will be in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List
Please share your mailing list for the Charleston area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Holiday Market. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
