Reservations must be made by February 24, 2012. After this date all reservations will be on a space available basis only and rack rates may apply.

All reservations must be quaranteed by one night's room deposit in cash or by a major credit card.

Price:
$89.00/per night for Single/Double/Triple/Quad (Valid March 21– March 25, 2012.) Guest are responsible for Guet Room charges, tax (currrently 9% for state and local taxes), restaurant & lounge charges and incidnetal charges such as phone and movies. Guest check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Non-Smoking rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed. Room type may be requested but not guaranteed.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 5% for Fairfax County, Chantilly, Virginia.

Exhibitor Tickets

Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.

Advertising Materials

The following advertising materials are available to exhibitors and are ordered on the individual show contracts. For more information, contact our office.

Stickers: These stickers are to be placed on your personal postcards or mailings, giving your customers a $1 discount on the purchase of an adult ticket. These are printed 50 stickers per sheet.

It is very important that you let your previous customers know that you will be back in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List

Please share your mailing list for the Northern Virginia area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Classic. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
