$95.00/per night plus 6.5% sales tax and 6% occupancy tax (13.5% additional in total tax).

Rates good from Thursday 11/10/11 through Sunday 11/13/11.

Rate includes hot breakfast daily and Manager's Reception on Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30pm. (Complimentary beer, wine and snacks at reception)

There is complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel and an e-room with complimentary public computers and printer. Complimentary continental breakfast for guest.

Camping at the facility is allowed for self contained vehicles only.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 8.5% for County, City, State.

Discount Coupons: Worth $1 off an adult admission ticket are available as jpeg, tiff, eps or pdf files. You may use these on your web site or add to a mailing to your customer base. You may requested the desired format by contacting our offices.

It is very important that you let your previous and current customers know that you will be in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List

Please share your mailing list for the Charleston area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Holiday Market. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
